This is a full-time, fixed-term one-year contract, based in our London office at St Mary Axe 4 days a week (with 1 day working remotely). You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm. The salary is £28k per annum.

Let’s talk about the role.

As Marketing Assistant & Events Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with our Head of Brand to bring our internal and external events calendar to life across the Lomond group of estate and lettings agencies.

From large national landlord events and local customer community events, you’ll be at the heart of our brand activity.

You’ll also support across the wider marketing function, gaining valuable experience across Comms, Digital, Brand and more. It’s a superb opportunity to learn in a junior role in a fast-paced marketing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head of Brand with planning, co-ordinating and delivering a wide variety of events across the UK.
  • Supporting with venue research, supplier liaison, guest lists, invites, and on-the-day event logistics.
  • Helping to create event-related collateral, from printed materials to branded merchandise and digital comms.
  • Assisting with brand campaigns, including internal launches and external creative rollouts.
  • Helping to ensure the Lomond brand is consistently applied across all marketing and communications.
  • Pitching in with marketing support across digital, brand, and comms teams as needed, no two days are the same!

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Super organised, with brilliant attention to detail and a proactive approach to planning.
  • A confident communicator who can work across teams and build relationships with ease.
  • Passionate about events and marketing, and keen to develop your career in a creative team.
  • Calm under pressure events can get hectic, so you’ll need a cool head and a can-do attitude.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, bringing a positive vibe to the office and the team.
  • Curious and open to learning you’ll be exposed to lots of marketing disciplines and encouraged to grow.
  • Happy to travel occasionally for events across our UK office locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or event support role is ideal.
  • A degree or qualification in marketing, events, communications or a related field is a bonus but not essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using design tools like ClickUp, Canva and AI would be a bonus — but again, not essential.
