Responsibilities

• Assess and handle risk control alerts according to the SOP, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of alert handling during work hours to avoid false positives and missed alerts.
• Review user information and withdrawal requests.
• Monitor changes in risk control rules of external competitors and provide corresponding suggestions based on existing rules.
• Continuously learn platform rules and enhance personal professional skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
• Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
• Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
• Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
• Available to work on weekends and with rotated shifts between day and overnight shifts
• Proficiency in English is required
