  • Engage with Italian-speaking clients to identify their technical needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and consulting to help clients optimize their use of technology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while guiding clients through complex scenarios.
  • Document client interactions and solution implementation processes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technology offerings and support services.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
  • Actively collect feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or technical support role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
