What you'll do

  • Configure and integrate GTM technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, Jira, Gong, and other related tools.

  • Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflow logic and automation to streamline processes.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key insights into GTM performance.

  • Build integrations between GTM systems, leveraging development tools and APIs

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

  • Deploy regular refreshes to territory and account coverage to keep account ownership and resulting automation flows and reports up to date.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the GTM tech stack.

  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GTM technologies and trends.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across GTM systems.

Who you are

  • You have experience working with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Vitally, and Jira.

  • You have a strong understanding of GTM processes and workflows.

  • You have experience in designing and implementing workflow automation leveraging APIs.

  • You have proficiency in developing reports and dashboards.

  • You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • You can work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • You are detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.

  • Understanding of API integrations.
