You will

Provide technical support for software applications and troubleshooting for end users.

Assist in the onboarding and integration of new software solutions.

Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborate with teams in the US and UK to address and resolve software issues.

Participate in technical projects, offering insights and solutions from a support perspective.

Contribute to team knowledge sharing, ensuring the team stays informed on the latest developments.

You have

Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Support Engineer, Developer, IT Support Specialist, etc.).

Work Experience: Recent technical or semi-technical graduate OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical role (internships or part-time work in technical roles are acceptable).

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software applications and a strong willingness to quickly learn new technologies.

Language Proficiency: English skills at a B2+ to C1 level to ensure effective communication with US and UK teams.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Other Considerations:

A demonstrated interest in technology, through personal projects, extracurricular activities, or self-learning.

A proactive approach to challenges with a positive attitude.
