Job Summary

Undertaking a strategic initiative to modernize its BizTech landscape by migrating from Workday to Oracle HCM Cloud. This migration is a critical component of broader efforts to streamline and enhance HR technology infrastructure, improve data integration and reporting capabilities, and enable more scalable operations across global teams.

Responsibilities
  • To successfully transition from a Workday-based ecosystem to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring seamless continuity across HR functions such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor. The migration aims to establish a modern, integrated HCM platform that supports growth and workforce complexity.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in integration and extract capabilities.

  • Functional understanding of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules.

  • Solid understanding of HCM data models and use of Oracle BI Publisher or similar.

  • Interest or prior exposure to data engineering concepts and ETL workflows.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST API integrations.

  • Ability to thrive in a semi-structured, self-directed learning environment.
