Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CR time)

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a cross-functional Titling and Registration team in Costa Rica

• Building a collaborative environment where we can foster talent

• Becoming the local process expert on the U.S. Titling and Registration processes

• Assisting in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to title documentation

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow

• Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall team performance

• Owning critical metrics that measure our Title and Registration, Asset Recovery, and Remarketing process health

What you have

• Fluent English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience preparing and filing official document submissions (e.g., legal, medical, government, insurance)

• 3 or more years of leadership experience

• Project management experience

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What will make you stand out

• Experience working in vehicle titling and registration processes

• Experience helping translate for government entities

• Strong Salesforce familiarity, with an ability to build and run reports

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
