Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee the procurement, management, and distribution of administrative supplies, ensuring efficient inventory control.

-Maintain a clean, organized office environment, assist with facility management, and liaise with building property management.

-Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, manage access control, and coordinate seating arrangements.

-Provide support for company events and gatherings.

-Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 year of experience in an administrative role.

-Bachelor’s degree or above.

-Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

-Fluent in English.

-Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
