We are seeking a motivated sales focused Recruiter who will sit in the Central/Pacific time zone to cover our west coast needs. You will support our Central and West Coast sales team by sourcing, interviewing and hiring territory/field sales representatives.

What You Bring

• Proven track record sourcing B2B Sales Talent
• Daily use of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and developing a referral network
• Manage and maintain Greenhouse ATS and assigned territory openings
• Partner with the Regional VP during the rigid sourcing cycle
• Develop a robust Sales pipeline using the Greenhouse CRM
• Partner with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation

What you have:

• 2 years minimum in Agency and or Corporate environment focusing on Sales positions
• Bachelor's Degree, or Associates
• Experience with an ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and/or Lever
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
• Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages
