Position: Senior Backend Engineer
Location of the role: Germany / Spain / Romania (Remote)As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be part of the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) team and work directly with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to deliver new features, in the form of APIs and data services. You are a perfect fit, if you have…
- More than 10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years focused on backend development with Python web frameworks
- Solid understanding of Python 3
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database systems, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
- Experience in developing scalable data-intensive Web APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture with asynchronous communications with Kafka
- A DevOps mindset and a good knowledge of SRE tools and techniques
- Excellent teamwork skills, with clear communication, flexibility, openness to debate and challenge, and the ability to mentor other team members
- An agile mindset to deliver great products with an iterative approach
- Fluent in English
