YOUR ROLE

• Direct interaction as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking process.
• Multichannel customer support via phone and email communication.
• Knowledge sharing on products and services to create a positive customer experience.
• Enhancement of customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and friendly service.
• Team collaboration and execution of internal administrative tasks within the department.

YOUR SKILLS

• Full proficiency in German and fluency in English for effective multilingual communication.
• Strong service orientation and genuine passion for customer assistance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing and sales andservice-oriented role.
• Proven experience with MS Office tools and digital work environments.
• Remote work readiness with availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
