On Call Home Nurse
The Advanced RN HHD provides on-call care to patients who dialyze through our home HHD or PD program. The role is fully remote and involves troubleshooting machine issues, patient care concerns, and following through with DaVita protocols. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in home modalities of PD/HHD and proficiency in DaVita proprietary software systems.

- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine issues
