Strategic Sourcing Manager Job Category: Contracts Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for optimizing CACI’s supplier selection process by identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the best value and minimize risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in purchasing
• Track record of establishing and maintain long term relationships
• 5+ years of experience with procurement solicitation and negotiation
• Understanding of MRP
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and professional decorum
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Team player with the ability multitask and perform in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Outstanding customer service, providing administrative support, and demonstrating the ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy
• Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
• Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
• Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as internal clients and external vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint & Teams)
• Ability and flexibility to successfully handle multiple competing priorities and to bring about successful outcomes
