Job Overview

You’ll play a crucial role in bringing their financial records current and establishing ongoing quarterly bookkeeping operations that will directly support their SBA loan applications and business growth. Responsibilities

  • Bring backlogged financial records current through comprehensive catch-up bookkeeping
  • Establish and maintain ongoing quarterly bookkeeping operations
  • Manage financial data using QuickBooks software with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support critical SBA loan application preparation and documentation processes
  • Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Provide flexible availability to meet business needs while maintaining work-life balance
  • Collaborate remotely with the business team to ensure seamless financial operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks software and financial record management
  • Previous remote work experience with US, UK, or Canadian clients preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements and maintain strict data security
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations
  • Preferred: Specialized experience with SBA loan documentation and preparation processes
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
