Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm with 1-hour unpaid break, Florida, USA, Eastern Time
  • 20 hours per week

Job Description: As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence for this forward-thinking digital media venture. Working closely with leadership, you’ll manage complex scheduling, conduct data-driven research, and create compelling documentation that supports the company’s growth initiatives. This position offers unique exposure to the digital publishing industry while allowing you to leverage your organizational and analytical skills to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and supporting the delivery of high-quality health and wellness content to our growing audience. Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate complex calendar management and scheduling coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive research projects, analyzing data to generate actionable insights
  • Create and maintain professional documents incorporating sophisticated data visualization
  • Manage and coordinate email communications effectively across teams
  • Develop and implement efficient organizational systems to enhance operational productivity
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support strategic initiatives through research-backed documentation and analysis
  • Maintain organized information systems and documentation repositories

Requirements

  • Proven experience with modern scheduling tools and calendar management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex data sets
  • Expertise in creating professional documents with compelling data visualizations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in or passion for digital media, publishing, or health/wellness sectors (preferred)
  • Track record of maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
