Product Marketing Manager (Fixed-term Maternity Cover)

You'll thrive in this hands-on role by collaborating closely with our Chief Innovation Officer and other Senior Leaders. You’ll be instrumental in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies , crafting compelling product messaging , and coordinating seamless product launches.

We're looking for someone who is ready to dive in and make a real impact. You'll be the voice of our products, translating complex features into clear, customer-friendly content. Your ability to analyze performance data and gather customer feedback will be crucial in ensuring our products continuously evolve and succeed. You'll work with diverse teams across marketing, sales, customer success, and product, fostering alignment and providing them with the content and training they need to shine.

Requirements

To help you succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a tech, start-up, or e-commerce environment.
• A strong understanding of marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Proven analytical skills to track performance data, measure marketing success, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluent English to collaborate seamlessly across global teams.
• Comfort and experience in creating written content for various customer-facing materials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring multiple tasks and deadlines are met.
• A curious mindset, eager to learn about new products, markets, and marketing trends.
