Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications;
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure;
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across environments;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and related tools;
• Actively contribute to system architecture and technical decisions;
• Monitor applications and services using tools like Grafana, and respond to incidents proactively;
• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Java development;
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools;
• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.);
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration;
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, version control);
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon, Portugal.
