Licensed Medicare Sales Representative [Hourly Base + Monthly Incentive]

Position Overview: As a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, you'll assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs. This is an in-office role, where youll manage outbound and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales. Youll be responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships, and exceeding performance goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
• Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
• Prospect new leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales.
• Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce) for managing client information and tracking progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.

LICENSE & APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENT: My Senior Health Plan Inc. requires all Medicare Sales Representatives to have a current/valid Life & Health license and be able to satisfactorily pass all requirements needed to be appointed in every state by private carriers. My Senior Health Plan will provide all training and exam materials to obtain the appropriate licensure. All Medicare Sales Representatives must comply with CDI regulations, continuing education, and renewal requirements, and complete the annual AHIP test with a passing score. Additionally, employees must comply with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations. Qualifications:

• Active Health & Life license.
• Current AHIP certificate required before starting.
• 2+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Arabic/English) a plus.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.

Compensation

Overview:

• Training Period (Averaging 3-6 Months): During this initial training phase, earning potential typically ranges from $46,000 to $61,000 annually, depending on performance.
• Transition to Medicare Sales Representative: After completing the training and obtaining the appropriate licensure, your earnings will range from $70,000 to $85,000 annually in your first year as a representative, based on performance.
• Ongoing Success and Growth: With continued success, annual earnings can increase, with the potential to exceed $100,000 based on performance.
