About the Role
We’re a rapidly growing Series B generative AI company backed by top-tier investors, building cutting-edge products at the frontier of machine learning. As we scale our team and operations, we’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Administrator to ensure our infrastructure, internal tools, and support systems are secure, efficient, and AI-enhanced from day one. This role reports to the Head of Security.
Responsibilities
Own and scale internal IT infrastructure across MacOS, Windows, and Linux systems. Manage IT asset tracking and inventory; implement automation to streamline processes. Design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud environments (Google Workspace, AWS). Drive IT automation using scripting (Python) and AI tools (e.g. you.com, AppSheet). Provide VIP-level technical support to executives and team members; resolve escalations quickly and with finesse. Build out and maintain documentation, IT wikis, and self-service tools to reduce onboarding and support load.
