As we expand our reach and deepen our impact, we’re looking for a Back-office Implementation Consultant to support the deployment of a modern, cloud-native investment management platform. This role will focus on configuring and testing the system to meet client-specific requirements for investment accounting and reconciliation, while collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective workflows. • Configure and test platform modules for Accounting and Reconciliation based on client requirements
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Design and implement operational workflows to support middle and back-office processes
• Provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle, including UAT and post-go-live stabilization

Qualifications:

• Experience in investment accounting, fund operations, or back-office system implementations
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Clearwater, Eagle, SimCorp, Geneva or similar
• Strong understanding of transaction processing, reconciliations, general ledger entries, corporate actions, derivatives processing, and other accounting functions
• Ability to configure software to support accounting workflows, including validation and exception handling
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; experience working in a consulting or systems implementation environment preferred
