Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (Dutch & English) – Remote – Night & Weekend shifts only

We are looking for a bilingual (Dutch & English) customer contact agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to online chats, participate in outbound campaigns, and maintain our CRM database. Your strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and customer-first mindset will be key in this dynamic role.
Your role as Customer contact agent:- Handle e-mail communication with customers
- Respond to inbound online chats professionally and efficiently
- Participate in proactive outbound campaigns
- Accurately update and manage customer data in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools
- Customer contact experience (call center or similar)
- Ability to work weekends & evenings only
- Commercial mindset and ability to upsell when appropriate
- Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
