  • * Accurately input data into the companys database systems, ensuring high attention to detail and consistency.
  • * Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems.
  • * Monitor data for discrepancies, reporting any errors and initiating corrective actions.
  • * Perform routine data entry tasks with minimal supervision.
  • * Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • * Assist in generating reports and providing insights as required by the management.
  • * Provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring data accuracy and smooth back-office operations.
  • * Manage and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current.
  • * Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.
  • * Respond to queries and support internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
  • * High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • * Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
  • * Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods.
  • * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems.
  • * Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • * Basic understanding of data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Experience:
  • * Previous experience in data entry, back-office support, or administrative positions is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • * Experience working with data management software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • * Familiarity with handling large amounts of data or working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position.
  • * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexible options for remote work).

  • * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • * Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
