As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, execute sourcing decisions, and negotiate contracts to maximize value and mitigate risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders in the WDI Show and Disney Live Entertainment (DLE) Studios, to drive compliance with internal policies and procedures, protect the Disney brand, and partner with the best service providers in the marketplace.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying category-specific suppliers and consultants based on defined selection criteria
• Managing competitive bidding processes (RFP) and executing contracts and change orders
• Assisting in the implementation and influence of supplier performance management programs
• Ensuring compliance with Strategic Sourcing policies and best practices
• Communicating and reporting to management on the status of critical external relationships and constraints

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, contract administration, or relevant fields
• Competence in negotiating key contractual language and terms
• Proven track record of integrity and ethics
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Refined written and oral communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work in a diverse and inclusive setting

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or other associated disciplines.

The hiring range for this position in California is $113,600.00 - $138,800.00 per year, with a bonus and/or long-term incentive units provided as part of the compensation package.
