As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and achieving customer experience and sales objectives for the store
• Selling all products and services offered by the Company
• Maintaining strong knowledge of products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
• Providing efficient, courteous customer service and assisting in all aspects of product offerings and services
• Ensuring an extraordinary customer experience and driving sales growth through effective communication and product demonstrations

General Duties

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate a personal computer and other equipment
• Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• 1-3 years of retail, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred
