We're seeking a confident, coachable, and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Life & Health Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, calling warm leads, setting appointments, and virtually meeting with clients to help them choose the best insurance plans that meet their needs and budget. With our streamlined lead generation system and duplicatable sales process, you'll be empowered to succeed and grow in your career.

Job Summary

• Work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Call warm leads, set appointments, and conduct virtual meetings with clients
• Present and sell insurance policies to clients, developing and calculating suitable plans based on their needs
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of industry requirements
• Commit to personal development, dedicating a minimum of 30 minutes per day to self-improvement and growth

Requirements

• Must have a Life Insurance Producer License (or be willing to obtain one)
• Authorized to work in the US (no work visas offered at this time)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Coachable and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success
