Remote Call Center Representative - Make a Difference in People's Lives!

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing comfort, reassurance, and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations. Key Responsibilities

• Successfully complete 21 days of new hire training and pass all required compliance testing
• Monitor high-volume medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls with genuine concern
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations, determining response requirements and relative priorities
• Answer customer questions, troubleshoot alarm systems, and record details of calls and dispatches
• Maintain access to and security of highly sensitive materials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment (heavy phone volume and/or data entry a plus)
• Minimum download and upload speeds: 5Mbps/2Mbps
• Ability to accurately type 35wpm
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Ability to learn new technology and processes
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems (a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
