Job Summary:

The Regional Credit Manager will be responsible for executing Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products across Region 8, with a focus on training and guiding store associates to drive retail sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of credit products, sales strategies, and performance metrics, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, motivate, and train store personnel on effective techniques to drive credit card sales
  • Partner with Divisional Credit Manager and peer Regional Credit Managers to identify best-in-class industry approaches
  • Monitor, track, and analyze credit sales results, providing insights and recommendations to store leadership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional and store leadership, business partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies and sound ethical judgment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of retail operations, sales, or credit services experience
  • 5 years of combined experience in retail sales or credit/financial services (in lieu of degree and other experience requirements)
