As a MuleSoft Developer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Salesforce practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that exceed client expectations. Your expertise in MuleSoft development, combined with your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships, will enable you to make a lasting impact and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and develop strategic solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Lead project scoping, estimation, and planning, leveraging your expertise to drive project success and deliver high-quality results
  • Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations utilizing MuleSoft, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Maintain effective client relationships, providing timely and relevant information to stakeholders and ensuring project impact is maximized
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, and drive innovation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional hands-on experience with MuleSoft development, including ESB Enterprise Edition, CloudHub, and/or API Management
  • Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on experience with competing vendors such as JBoss Fuse, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, etc. or coding experience in languages such as Java, C#
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience, with a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience with competing vendors for comparison and differentiation purposes
  • Prior experience working in areas of integration technology, driving new points of view and capabilities
  • Experience with defining and creating methodologies, service offerings, and architecture aspects such as Availability, Maintainability, Operability, Scalability, and Portability
  • Certified Mulesoft Associate Developer or Mulesoft Developer, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
