As a Merchandising Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandising and maintaining products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures and special programs
• Filling and merchandising coolers, creating point of sale materials, and rotating products
• Organizing and maintaining back room coolers, arranging product, and disposing of cardboard and plastic
• Fostering business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive communication

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
