WHAT YOU'LL DODrive roadmap recommendations in your domain, ensuring adoption across Trustly’s merchant partners, executing flawlessly on 0-to-1 launches and feature optimizations Create mockups, write functional specs, create flow charts, write copy, and more to effectively communicate across the organization (especially with our engineers, designers, and other product managers) Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your product/feature ideas Own Connect and Verification Solutions roadmaps to increase conversion, drive adoption, and user satisfaction, increasing overall frequency of use Dig deep into our data, define and report key product metrics in collaboration with our BI team Provide product support and train our internal stakeholders Engage with our merchants to understand how we can improve our products to fit their use cases perfectly and create a seamless user experience for their customers Work with our UX Design and Research team to conduct user research and create compelling UX flows Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
3+ years of experience in product management Bachelor's degree Proven experience working on Open Banking, account linking, or identity/verification products Familiarity with bank account verification methods: micro-deposits, instant verification, credential-based access, etc. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points Strong quantitative skills Excellent critical thinking skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Meticulous and detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture and time-to-market Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment is a plus Familiar with security and identity concepts such as OAuth, WebAuthn, MFA, biometrics, KYC or FIDO is a plus #LI-Remote SALARY RANGE: $130,000 - $150,000 USD/yr
