Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information to drive informed decision-making
• Conduct industry and company due diligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Develop and review pitch/business origination materials, presentations, and transaction documents
• Drive transaction execution from pitch to closing, working closely with senior leaders and management teams
• Perform valuation and ad hoc financial analysis to support client engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Assist in business development and contribute to the growth of our M&A advisory practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, with extensive financial modeling and valuation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong financial and computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
• Prior Investment Banking analyst experience and/or hands-on M&A experience preferred
• FINRA Series 63 plus a Series 79 or 82 license (or willingness to obtain necessary licenses)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously
