We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Learning Design - Innovation Leader to join our team at Workwarp. As a pioneer in the field of learning and development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of learning in a Virtual First environment. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in learning innovation, digital learning, and AI to drive business outcomes and empower employees to reach their full potential.

As a key member of our Learning and Organization Development team, you will report directly to the VP of L&OD and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative learning programs that foster leadership development, employee growth, and organizational excellence. Your expertise in learning strategy, adult learning methodologies, and learning technology will be essential in driving our learning agenda forward.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering innovative learning programs
• Expertise in learning strategy and execution for leadership and employee development
• Proficiency in learning design, adult learning methodologies, and learning technology (including application of AI/ML)
• Strong people management skills, with experience managing remote or hybrid teams
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Background or familiarity with analytics and leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
