Requirements

• 2+ years of prior sales or professional office experience, or an Associate's degree
• Solid computer skills and ability to multitask with ease
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
