Job Description:

The Product Manager position is responsible for delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the development of innovative products. As a Product Manager, you will focus on delivering incremental value by driving product changes and working closely with a team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing product strategy to meet customer needs and drive business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and develop business cases
• Communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have:

• 40% Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute product strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs
• 30% Delivery and Execution: Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer needs
• 30% People: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, and develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience working in a product management role, preferably in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
