  • Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in the travel industry.
  • Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
