We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Intern. As a leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations management. This 12-week paid internship will take place at our state-of-the-art Coca-Cola Production Center in Grand Rapids, MI, during Summer 2025.

Job Highlights:

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay rate of $23/hr
• Position: Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship
• Start Date: Immediate openings available, with a target start date of May 2025
• Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
• Targeted Graduation Date: Between December 2025 - May 2026

Responsibilities:

As a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Intern, you will:

• Support our Operations Excellence initiatives, managing projects aimed at enhancing the plant's operational performance through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders within the manufacturing plant to gain valuable experience and build relationships
• Develop technical expertise and business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn and grow
• Serve as a Coca-Cola Brand Ambassador within the company and on campus
• Perform tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from your intern manager to provide exposure to the business and development of your leadership skills

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Be a current student pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing operations management after graduation
• Be available to begin the internship at the end of May 2025
• Have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
