Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide top-notch customer service and support to union members
• Set appointments and perform presentations to showcase our benefits packages
• Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality control and leadership development initiatives to drive continuous improvement
