Job Summary

The Sustainability Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of environmental sustainability procedures and recycling programs. You will work collaboratively to gather key data, metrics, and information to drive business value and support the improvement of organizational sustainability performance objectives. Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing sustainability projects and programs
• Conducting research and analysis to support sustainability initiatives
• Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sustainability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability efforts
• Identifying opportunities to create value and mitigate risk through sustainability initiatives
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS-Office suite, with strong PowerPoint skills
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI is preferred
