Job Description:
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately processing submissions, maintaining data integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process electronic submissions from members with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify data against source documents to ensure compliance with specified requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Accurately document and record member information in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
