Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring that their datacom needs are met and exceeded.
• Design, implement, and maintain datacom systems, including video servers, programming, and hardware installations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement datacom solutions that meet our customers' needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest datacom technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the AV/IT industry, with a focus on datacom.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and datacom software applications.
• Experience with video and sound merchant applications, including Sonify, QSC, Crestron, and IOT.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools, including Splunk and Zabbix.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the AV or IT industry, with a focus on video distribution, encoding, and IOT.
• Experience with network switching and routing.
