• Review orders for accuracy and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
• Manage online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
• Generate internal reports to sales and production teams
• Communicate regularly with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
• Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
• Support sales and marketing teams as required
• Perform other general office duties, including rotating tasks within the department as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry using software, online portals, and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with ERP software (previous experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
• Experience in customer service and order processing environment (preferred)
• Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions
