We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team at Passes, a Series A startup founded by tech veteran Lucy Guo. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our customers and creators, managing DMCA takedowns, and improving content moderation pipelines. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage DMCA takedown requests and respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom)
• Review flagged content to ensure compliance with our content Community Guidelines
• Handle payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
• Improve content moderation pipelines and contribute to the development of best-in-class support processes

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
• Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
