Job Summary:

Join Circana, the leading advisor on consumer behavior, as a CPG Insights Summer Associate for Summer 2025. As a key member of our Consumer & Shopper Insights Team, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects that drive business growth and uncover new opportunities. This internship is designed for rising seniors interested in pursuing a career in Insights, Analytics, Market Research, or CPG.

Responsibilities:

* Support CPG clients in understanding their performance relative to the market and identifying opportunities for growth * Leverage IRI analytics to address client business challenges and market opportunities * Translate data into actionable insights to drive business performance * Shadow client meetings to present market research and insights

Requirements:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a quantitative component * Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026 * Experience or knowledge of the Retail or CPG industry preferred * Academic knowledge/coursework in finance, economics, statistics, marketing, or marketing analytics * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
