Remote Client Solutions Specialist II - Drive Innovation and Growth

As a key member of our Manheim Express team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this exciting role, you'll have the chance to work closely with our field sales team, auction team members, and other Cox Automotive business units to develop and execute a growth strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in educating franchise and independent automotive dealers about the Manheim Marketplace and advising them on the utilization of digital wholesale solutions, including Manheim Express and OVE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, providing accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incremental business growth and create a superior client experience
• Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers through exceptional customer service and consultative approach
• Utilize Salesforce for planning, tracking, and reporting, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Inform, educate, and advise dealers on policies, procedures, and marketplace strategies

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2 years of work-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Automotive knowledge preferred, with 3+ years of auction experience or dealership experience a plus
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation required
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask
• Strong attention to detail, with experience in navigating handheld and other documentation devices preferred
