Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform work under the supervision of the Care Manager, CST
• Conduct supervisory visit paperwork and caregiver introductions
• Participate in the Manager On Duty rotation
• Direct caregivers to clients' locations and provide initial visit training as needed
• Respond to emergency care situations and caregiver needs
• Assist with caregiver training and evaluations
• Provide weekend office coverage as scheduled

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with office operations and answer phones as needed
• Serve as office contact in the absence of other staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• 1 year of experience as a caregiver in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
• Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Certified Nurse's Aide experience is a plus
• Success in leadership roles
