Job Summary: As a Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for forecasting and reporting merchant discount revenue, creating scorecards, and driving standardization and process improvement across regional pricing groups. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to balance business objectives, drive sales and revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Canada forecast for merchant discount revenue and track monthly performance against forecast
• Develop merchant discount revenue scorecards for the Canada region
• Drive standardization and process improvement across regional pricing groups
• Support external audits and perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess discount price trends and uncover insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or payments industry, and/or other finance-related roles
• Bachelor's degree required; strongly preferred in finance, accounting, or business
• High skill level with Excel and programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop complex financial models and draw insights from large datasets
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with ability to influence others and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
