Skills & Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role is required. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure. Familiarity with Meta Platforms: Experience using Meta’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and understanding social media trends is a plus.
