Job Overview and Responsibilities:

The Catering Systems Administration Specialist will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and timely updates to catering data in our systems and tools. This will include:

• Managing data entry for all menu specifications through our catering management system
• Auditing data quality, identifying, and correcting errors and inconsistencies
• Designing and constructing catering service packets and codes within the system architecture
• Managing administrative functions related to systems set-up and maintenance, vendor access management, and other general corporate requirements
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and support ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
• 2+ years of previous experience with data entry and clerical work
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data management skills
• Analytical skills and ability to effectively work remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business Administration or a similar discipline in Hospitality, Catering / Food Services, or Airline Industry
• Knowledge of airport operations
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience working with informational management systems (such as Oracle, CAE, Coupa, SAP, etc.)
