We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business outcomes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business priorities
• Lead and manage HR programs that drive expertise management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and programs
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of human resource generalist experience
• Proven experience in leading and managing HR programs and teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in HRM preferred
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
• Verified experience handling and leading teams
• Proficiency with HRIS systems
