We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional accounting and finance professionals. You'll work closely with our Commercial Real Estate divisions to build strong talent pipelines and ensure we attract and retain the best people.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, and other relevant channels to build robust talent pipelines focused on accounting and finance roles.
  • Job Design & Specifications: Develop and maintain compelling job descriptions and detailed job specifications.
  • Job Analysis: Conduct thorough job and task analysis to document essential job requirements and objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Prepare and post job openings across various platforms (job boards, company website, social media, etc.) to maximize reach.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source and engage candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and utilize various assessment methods (phone interviews, reference checks) to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide insightful and well-documented recruiting reports to the Head of Talent, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships and promoting our company as an employer of choice.
  • Employer Branding: Actively promote our company's reputation as a desirable place to work.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a demonstrated focus on accounting and finance roles.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong interviewing skills, with experience using various interview techniques.
  • Experience with candidate assessment processes (phone screens, reference checks, skills assessments).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
